I used LegalZoom for a business form and the questionnaire was way more complete than I expected.

It asked about a bunch of things I probably would have forgotten if I was trying to do it on my own, and some of the questions had little explanations next to them which made the whole thing feel less confusing and more like someone was actually walking me through it instead of just throwing legal words at me.

I used LegalZoom for a few personal legal documents, i was a little hesitant about putting that kind of info online. Maybe I’m just overly cautious because I’ve had to deal with annoying account issues before, but I wanted to feel like my details weren’t just floating around somewhere.
The site felt secure to me, and it was clear enough why they were asking for certain information. I also liked getting login alerts and being able to go back and review my details without having to dig around forever, because I definitely don’t have the patience for confusing websites.

I finally got my Texas LLC taken care of, and the state steps were laid out clearly enough that I didn’t have to keep guessing what came next. It saved me a lot of time and confusion. That said, with a couple of small hiccups along the way, I’m hoping they’ll offer some kind of credit or compensation to make it feel fully worth it.

They did end up helping me, but it took quite a while to get a response. I kind of regret not reaching out earlier because the wait made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.
