I recently experienced yet another disappointing incident with LegalZoom regarding a corporate document. I submitted it on May 24th, expecting it to be delivered by June 6th. However, I had to wait until June 26th only to be informed that it was still being processed. Frustrated by their lack of progress, I had no choice but to cancel and seek assistance from a traditional attorney. It seems as though LegalZoom has lost their dedication to providing satisfactory service. This negligence is seriously jeopardizing a deal for which I simply needed a basic document filed. I strongly advise avoiding their services at all costs.

Alicia was incredibly knowledgeable and, not to mention, polite. It's refreshing to see that there are still people who value and appreciate customers, and take pride in their work at their place of employment.

I contacted Legal Zoom for assistance with starting an LLC, and I must say, I wish I could afford to hire Alicia. Perhaps one day I will. Thank you, Alicia.

He guided me through the entire process, addressing all my questions along the way. Although the website offered additional services that I didn't request, the representative didn't push any upsells or use aggressive sales tactics, which I found refreshing. After my previous review, I was contacted and informed that if I didn't provide additional details about my experience, my review might be removed. So, I did respond and provide more information. I mentioned the 22 emails and the 7 attempts to contact management, all of which were unsuccessful with no return communication from management. I also mentioned the frustration of content disappearing whenever I tried to correct it in the trust forms. Every time I called a representative, I had to start over again. I wasted a lot of time and experienced immense frustration. Shortly after, Legal Zoom replied, apologizing for my experience and promising that their Executive Resolution Team would contact me within one business day. However, it has now been a full week and I have not received any contact or attempted contact from them. This company simply does not care and lacks any goodwill. I strongly advise staying away. Additionally, wouldn't it be easier for a member of their Escalation Team to actually contact me instead of continuing to deceive me with false promises? No one from their Escalation Team has tried to call or write to me regarding this issue, and claiming otherwise is insulting and blatantly untrue. Please stop posting unsubstantiated information. On July 8th, Legal Zoom stated that I would be contacted within one business day by the Executive Team. On July 14th, they reiterated that their Executive Team was handling the matter. It is now July 23rd, and I can confidently say that no one from Legal Zoom has ever contacted me to resolve or discuss this issue. They only post to make it seem like they care. What a load of rubbish. Stay away.

Specifically, they asked me four times about the par value and registered agent information.
